TO NOTE BEFORE SUBMISSION
- All pieces are casted in sterling silver by default unless otherwise requested.
- Metal upgrades are available, please reference the guide price table. Prices shown do not include necklace chains (available to purchase separately), and are for reference only as they may vary based on final metal weight, market rate, and finishing preferences. A confirmation and payment link will be sent to you upon registration.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SUBMISSION
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as instructions to arrange for a free courier pick to deliver your wax mold to our studio for casting.
- We will reference your unique serial number to keep track of your order, the number can be found on the back of your instruction guide in the kit.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be completed.
- Once we receive your form, we’ll send a payment link for any metal upgrades.
- Pieces will only be casted after we receive your order submission and all outstanding payments must be made in full.
- We do no accept any refunds or cancellation requests once an order is submitted.
