All bespoke, customised, and personalised items are final sale. This includes fingerprint imprint jewellery, custom design commissions, and engraved or modified pieces. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information, including sizes, engravings, and imprint materials, are accurate.

For items crafted and hallmarked in the United Kingdom, additional time may be required for assay and hallmarking processes. International shipping timelines may vary and are not guaranteed. Maison Mugen is not liable for delays caused by third party services, including couriers, customs, or assay offices.

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Maison Mugen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Custom designs created by Maison Mugen remain the intellectual property of the brand unless otherwise agreed in writing.
